[Vacancy] DPG Media is looking for a DevOps developer

As a DevOps developer you get to help us build a new tech multi-brand platform, from scratch! In this greenfield project you will contribute to a modern distributed architecture to serve websites that have millions visitors per day. Are you a DevOps developer from Ukraine? We are currently transitioning our technical landscape while we keep serving millions of customers per month. Our system is extremely high-load, providing a wonderful learning experience in a professional high-load environment. We have multiple applications that comprise our system including both desktop and mobile applications that integrate with enterprise-wide services and internal tools. As a Devops Developer, you:

• will help us by figuring out how we can continue to deliver value while improving our set of applications - going from separate sites to a multi-brand platform. 
• will work primarily with AWS, Kubernetes to build and maintain a multiple service platform.
• take technical decisions using your experience, preventing the team from going down rabbit holes you have been in before.
• manage complexity and scalability, combined with a proper set up of logging, monitoring and alerting.

Who are we

You will work together with a disciplinary team (20 people) of backend and frontend developers, product owners, test engineers and architects in an Agile environment working with Scrum. This team works on community brands: vtwonen, Autoweek & Oudersvannu and more to come. We like working autonomously as much as we can, which means you help decide what the right solutions are.

Who are you

• 4+ years software development experience
• 2+ years experience with AWS, containerization
• 1+ years experience with Kubernetes
• Up-to-date knowledge of modern frontend, React, PHP
• Experience interfacing with third-party APIs and frameworks
• Experience in micro-service architecture with BFFS
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, Unit testing
• The years of experience can be reduced based on portfolio Github or a hackathon achievements
