About the job

We have an opening for a curious and analytical mind. Do you feel the urge to make sense of the world around you? Know your classics in marketing, branding and behavioral science? Like to read to get to the bottom of things? Good! In order to discover and create intelligent strategy, you need to be capable of harnessing insights and data to spark concepts that help our customers' brands grow. At VENGEAN, you will learn from the best strategic mind in the business, while actively collaborating with our creatives to develop distinct ideas rooted in human insights.

You’re always in the know when it comes to understanding innovation, new trends and the latest conversations relevant to our clients. You will get the opportunity to work on a wide range of local and global brands such as NIBC, nexeye, Beequip, Little Cow & Cookies ice cream, Patagonia King Salmon, Nippon Express and Schouten & Nelissen. We’re an energetic bunch and you will feel part of our growing team in no-time!

• You are able to spot new opportunities for our clients
• You are a critical thinker, not afraid to challenge our head of strategy
• You recognize trends and innovations in a diverse range of industries
• You understand and uphold our agency’s mission
• You’re able to make complex problems seem simple
• You have a way with words and are able to craft a solid strategic rationale
• You have good written and verbal command of Dutch and English
