MarketResponse is directly looking for a:

Full Stack Developer

You make sure that the data science for our CX products is in line with the expectations of our clients.

MarketResponse is a renowned insights company and focuses on supporting companies with their data journey. We provide our customers with our SAAS solution for data science as a service as well as tailored research projects. We are passionate about enabling our customers (such as NS, De Volksbank, Greenchoice and ACHMEA) to use data driven insights to improve their customer experience. We use cutting-edge techniques to analyze different types of (big) data with our own developed methods, software and state-of-the-art tooling. Our office is located very close to the Utrecht Central Train Station. MarketResponse develops and manages solutions such as Underlined’s ROCX’R, 4Orange – CDP Connect and CMNTY, and our organization consists of a total of 100 employees divided between Research, Data Science and Product Development including support services such as Marketing & Sales.

Full Stack Developer

As a Full Stack Developer, you work on the MarketResponse suite, containing modern research applications that enable data science as a service. Our SAAS platform consists of products that are in Amazon cloud, as well as in the Microsoft cloud. By using agile increments, you are responsible for developing continuous innovation on our state-of-the-art data science for CX solutions.

You make sure that the data science for our CX products that we are building is in line with expectations of the client. The full stack developer reports to the Product Owner / Team lead.

Your tasks & responsibilities

• Build, maintain, test, and debug back end of Underlined platform and API’s, including the logic, data pipeline, data science algorithms, cloud usage and other back end processes
• Ensure high quality code and proper documentation (technical and functional)
• Come up with innovative ideas to solve issues
• Ensure proper handover and communication of code to development team members
• Ensure the product backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all
• Keep up to date with functions: eg Azure, .NET, C#, python, REACT
• Work in transparent way by living Agile and using DevOps.

 

The team

The development team consists of 15 people (UX Design, Test Management, Front & Back end and Full Stack developers in PHP, .NET, C#, REACT programming environments (both Azure and Amazon cloud).

Knowledge & experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, preferably in an Agile environment
• Excellent understanding of the software development best practices
• Excellent understanding of PHP, .NET, C#, REACT
• Excellent understanding of Native Cloud software solutions
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
