Performance Agency  

With a club of more than 160 specialists with a passion for the digital profession, we build the best results every day for our clients, such as Dyson, Nike, Jumbo, Landal Greenparks, Plus & Amazon. Performance marketing is in our blood, but of course we also specialize in Brand campaigns, in which we collaborate with our sister labels Initiative, Yune and UM. 

Key Responsibilities

We are building a dedicated team to help Nike drive foot traffic and sales to their network of >250 stores across the EMEA region. We are setting up a multidisciplinary team that will deliver strategy, plan and execute campaigns across paid online and offline media.

As Associate Director, you will have responsibility for:

  • Define the overall strategic approach to driving in-store traffic through Paid Media.
  • Continual creation of paid media strategies to identify opportunity for competitive advantage for client.
  • Identify and implement trends/opportunities within retail and client industries.
  • Create playbooks to facilitate easy rollout of campaigns out different types of stores
  • Orchestrating and leading client facing communication.
  • Establish relevant KPI framework to ensure delivery on strategic goals.
    Develop testing roadmaps.
  • Creating annual strategies and communicating these to stakeholders at management level.
  • Ensure delivery on all Stores related topics.
  • Understanding top level briefs to be able to communicated relevant information to experts at channel level.
  • Budget management and division - accounting for media spend, agency fees, tracking fees, etc.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • You have extensive experience within cross-channel performance marketing.
  • You can demonstrate significant experience within an agency environment alongside managerial experience.
  • Experience working across online and offline media channels such as Search, Social and OOH
  • Specifically we are looking for experience with platform tooling like P-Max and
  • Ability to understand big data sets to generate learnings, and ability to skilfully communicate these to relevant specialists for implementation.
  • Advanced understanding of accelerating client targets through paid channels
  • Demonstrable experience working on enterprise level media accounts with large ($1m+) budgets
  • Proven ability to understand high-level client goals and how they translate into media strategy.
  • You are a skilled presenter, comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent writing skills with an attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.


  • You will be responsible for management of direct reports as well as overall development and success of the team
  • Lead, develop and manage staff. Offer guidance support, direction and provide development opportunities
  • Ensure team has received all tools and training to tools needed in their roles.
  • Manage the overall day to day activity of channel managers and liaises with managers and specialists to ensure key strategies and vision are deployed.
  • You will show critical thinking & problem solving daily.
  • Lead in discussions on attribution, audiences and intent internally and externally.
  • You will have accountability for team development; this includes utilizing organizational tools such as L&D, creating internal opportunity and challenges for staff, maintaining positive morale, partnering with HR and
  • Directors on supporting organizational objectives.
