Nike’s OOH city activation team play the central role in translating EMEA-wide media strategies into authentic connections in OOH across our key cities. We have long standing specialist knowledge on the complexities of each OOH landscape and navigating its constant changes. 

We spend time in key Nike cities with our local teams, enabling a local landscape knowledge to be pulled up into EMEA level planning and ensure Nike always show up correctly and consistently. We manage the end to end planning, buying and implementation process for all OOH plans from EMEA down to each local vendor alongside the city teams.

We are also responsible for brainstorming and bringing to life all Nike innovation within OOH. The team look for and build relationships with best in class innovation partners to consistently deliver creative, bespoke work for every Nike product, brand or message. This includes everything from reactive sports moments, full experiential experiences, and creative production techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translating strategies and comms pillars into channel tactic ideas for OOH
  • Overseeing management, planning and buying of traditional OOH plans across all EMEA markets alongside local teams 
  • Being the central connection between Nike, Creative teams, local teams and partners for all OOH activations (traditional and bespoke).
  • Ideating, implementing and managing bespoke creative solutions in OOH. This includes European travel.
  • Finding and building relationships with specialist partners in the creative, technology and experience spaces.
  • Supporting OOH production processes
  • Assist in management of campaign photography

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years in OOH focussed role – either specialist, agency, vendor or client side
  • A creative thinker
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues and vendors.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once is key
