In our Technology & Product Studio department (TPS), our team members craft our vision for the future and bring our digital initiatives to life. Optimization, innovation, and collaboration are central to our ethos. As our IT Delivery Manager, you could soon be part of this collaborative effort driving our digital transformation forward.

As our soon to be newly appointed IT Delivery Manager, your role will be centered within the Monetization domain, specifically collaborating with product teams overseeing various sales funnel solutions within Mediahuis. To excel in this position, we provide you with a clear understanding of your responsibilities:

• You will be tasked with translating the business vision into a roadmap outlining organizational and technological solutions.
• You will hold accountability for the budget of all platforms under your management.
• Monitoring short- and long-term goals will also fall within your purview.
• Leveraging your expertise, you will effectively inspire and manage colleagues across Ireland, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Germany to achieve shared objectives.
• Collaborating with coaches, you will spearhead the continuous development of your team members.
• You will oversee the establishment of cross-domain architecture.
• The overall responsibility for all products within the domain will rest on your shoulders.
• Serving as a primary point of contact, you will liaise with business stakeholders, partners, coaches, and fellow Delivery Managers.

While passion for the IT Delivery Manager profession is crucial, it's by no means the sole factor we prioritize. Equally significant is your commitment to independence, strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a solution-oriented mindset. We value candidates with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, along with proficiency in both Dutch and English. Additionally, a willingness to travel frequently to our offices in Antwerp and Amsterdam is required. Experience in a marketing-driven environment would be advantageous.
