International Community and Copy Managers

Employment Type: Flexible, Part-time, remote
Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, approximately 3 - 12 hours a week
Who are we looking for? Danish, Flemish and French Natives.
Applicants must live in The Netherlands.
What does a Community and Copy Manager do?
As an International Community and Copy Manager you, together with a team of dedicated international colleagues, will be the online face of different organizations and work to increase online engagement and ensure happy customers for your clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing their community and in some cases also ensuring that copy is translated and adapted effectively for different regions and audiences.This involves a range of tasks and responsibilities such as:
- Daily handling of your brands’ online, social media traffic.
- Interactions must channel the tone of voice with appropriate use of creativity, humour and, of course, flawless spelling and grammar.
- Scouting out interaction on behalf of the brands.
- Converting customers into loyal fans of the brand
- Management of customer issues and complaints, preventing the escalation of online negativity surrounding the brand.
- Translation of culturally sensitive and engaging copy which appeals to your native target market
- Collaborative work with senior project managers and copywriters
Job Requirements:
- Spoken and written fluency in specified language (mother tongue)
- Social media is in your DNA: you know the in-and-outs of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, familiar with Pinterest and YouTube)
- Some flexibility in your schedule, available to work evenings and weekends. (Possible to work alongside studies)
- Currently living in the Netherlands
- Vocational/university level education
- Bonus: Education in the direction of: Communication, Communication Science, Media/journalism, Communication & Multimedia Design, Marketing or something similar.
